I have to say that if you are looking for an inexpensive but fantastic feed while you are visiting Bangkok go to a local S & P franchise.
The food is beautifully presented, totally fresh and very tasty. Good value for money.
We were there for 7 days and went each day to S&P for lunch just so we could eat our way through the menu.
The strawberry and the tropical fruit drinks are bursting with flavour and so refreshing.
One of my particular favourites was the fish. They had removed all the flesh, coated the head and frame in a very light batter and arranged it in a standing up position, then they had placed all the flesh, which was also battered in bite size pieces, back into the frame. I think the fish was Telapia, which is banned in Australia. But the firm white flesh is a treat to eat.
The fruit platters were also fresh and tasty with lots of tropical fruit all beautifully presented.
Can't wait to go back.
