Just state in your title the name of the state first then the area/route you will be traveling. If you need to add Canada, or France, or Italy, be sure and list that first in the title. This way people will know immediately if they can help you with your request/s.
If your request is out of the USA just add the country needed in the title i.e., France, Italy, Canada and any other information like provinces and cities.
