Hi Constance:)

I Love:wub:Brussel Sprouts. Thanks so much for the recipe. I didn't know:ohmy: that you could :huh:make Brussel Sprouts into a salad. Wonders never cease. This recipe is a keeper, and it easy to make. Thanks again.

I would never have tried brussel sprouts in a salad but will be trying this recipe out. You should try my mom's sprouts......ewwwwwww mashed potato consistency. I love them still crunchy and with mom's if the fall off of the fork they go splat and flatten out to mash. :(

This sounds very good, thank you for posting it!! I am thinking that adding crumbled cooked bacon would add to this.

I love brussel sprouts. I actually just planted some in my garden. This recipe sounds like a great use for the bounty I am sure to have :)
