I love this dressing tossed over Frisse or baby spinach. I mix 4 tab. evoo 1-2 tab. red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Toast1/4 cup of hazelnuts stir them and 2-3 crumbled tab. of crumbled gorgonzola and enjoy.

I know my Steve would love this, he loved Gorgonzola cheese back in the UK, thanks Kades :)
