Hero Pasta Salad
Serves 4
3oz shaped pasta, cooked and drained
2oz deli provolone cheese, sliced
2oz (favorite) deli ham, sliced
2oz (favorite) salami, sliced
1 small red onion, chopped
1/2 cup pepperoncini
2 cups lettuce
1 large tomato
Dressing:
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
Toss together cooked pasta, cheese, ham, salami, onion, and
pepperoncini. Add lettuce and tomato. Combine ingredients for
dressing. Pour on salad and serve.
