Hi all, I am craving a decent Fatoush. I have not found a recipe that tastes right. Looking for the correct olive oil/lemon juice/sumac ratio. Found a recipe that included Allspice, is this traditional? I have never had fatoush in a restaurant that had allspice in the dressing. Thanks to you all for any help! Warm regards, Lori
