Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and lemon zest. The peppadews added a little sweetness as well.

was everything organic and heirloom, or just the lettuce?

i grew organic lettuces for many years (before i caved in during a few really tough growing seasons), and i must admit that "real" organic lettuces are so much more flavourful than what i can buy in any store.
