I went to Super Suppers in March and got the Chicken Parmesan with Creamy Sage Sauce. It was great! It is not on their April menu and I would like to try to recreate the sauce recipe to use with other meals. Did anyone else get this in March and can you remember the recipe? I know it had bechamel sauce, white wine, liquid butter, sage (duh), black pepper but I can't remember anything else or the measurements. Does any one have anything similar to it? Thanks!
