The pork is on

I started my Thanksgiving cooking this morning, Wednesday, (well, I did make one sauce last night) but now the pork shoulder is on! Going to be smoking it all night.

The menu is:

Pulled pork BBQ
Pork liver hash
Fried okra
Mac and cheese
Southern style green beans
Pickled beets
And a nice banana pudding for dessert.
