Anyone need another apple crisp recipe? I liked this one cause it used so many apples, was easy to make and moderately low in sugar. Actually the recipe i used called for 3/4 cup brown sugar, I used 1/2 cup brown sugar and it was plenty sweet.

Apple Crisp

6 cups diced apples, I left the skins on
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oats
1 t. cinnamon

Make topping by cutting butter in other dry ingredients, set aside. Cut up apples, I cut into small pieces, love those Victorinox knives, so the skins are not so noticable. Put apples in an oiled baking dish, sprinkle on topping, bake at 375 degrees F for about 35 minutes, until topping is browner.
