Hello! Iam drinking a glass of a good Vin Brulè. Maybe you know it but as I am not so sure I'll give you the recipe.

Italian Measure ;)

1 litre of red wine
100 gr. sugar
two cloves
one tick of cinnamon
nut meg
lemon jiuce ( a little)
some skin of orange

Put the wine into a pot with all the ingredients. Make it boil for two minutes and... drink it!

It's a northern recipe and it it good against the fever and flu.
Maybe the flu passes but you'll feel a little strange! ;)

Like me...now!

Salute!

buon giorno, annamaria (is that right?)

This sounds very similar to our mulled wine over here. We drink it during the cold weather usually.

I never tried it even if I don't think it is so rare in northern countries.
Italy is six hours fast than USA (eastern part). When I wrote the post it was about seven pm. Now it's 10.40 am.
