I buy fresh teas and often that can get expensive...but I've found that chamomile costs only pennies and the secret ingredient I use is...
LAVENDER!!!!

Cooking with lavender is something I do quite frequently, but for some reason mixing it with chamomile is simply heavenly!!!

I can't get enough. It balances so well, its incredibly refreshing, its simple in a zen-like way, its inexpensive, and it can be used as a calming tea for when you're stressed both hot or cold!

If anyone tries this, let me nkow what you think...I do about 2/3chamomile for 1/3 lavender. Its amazing.
