Hi,

I'm guessing it's possible to make fruit teas and herbal teas, I was wondering how to go about it. For example, I peeled some apples the other day and kept the skin for drying. I'm hoping that when they dry out I can mix them in a canister with tea or an herb (like rosemary) and -- Voila! -- tea.

Any suggestion on flavour combos? Has anyone tried this?

I just made a tea with only licorice and anise, and it was wonderful! You can make just about any combination you can think of. I love orange peel and dried apple in mine.
