Virgin Chocolate Martini recipes needed

I've just started doing tasting parties and I need recipes for non alcoholic chocolate martinis. Can anyone help?
I have the chocolate martini mix, but it calls for vodka so I'm looking for substitutes. Thanks

I googled the recipe and this is what i found:

one recipe calls for non-alcoholic champagne or sparkling apple juice along with half and half cream together.

another calls for coconut cream and sprite or any other fizzling soda pop.

other places i read that you could really get away with using any one of your favorite drinks (soda, juice, etc.)
