Sorry, I have been real sick the past few days.
Chicken would need to be done in different segments (threads) to cover fried, grilled.
This would be a thread that does not end so you could revisit it at any time to post new results.
I have really wanted start it with chicken but someone mentioned risotto and they had never made it. This may also be a good one to start off with.
Corned beef & cabbage, fish n chips are good ideas too.
I guess I just need to start a thread, I was just hoping to start with something everyone wanted to do. OR I could start 2 threads and people can have a pick?
