bread crumbs vs, stuffing

i would always make my own, at least you know what went into your meal, and im sure it would taste better as well

i always use crushed ritz with seasoned bread crumbs (great breading for anything)... if your going the stuffing route, use fresh italian bread, toast it, then cube it... works great
