What can I use instead of egg to bread cutlets

I am out of eggs! I am actually like out of food since I haven't went food shopping in like two weeks! Darn motherhood is so time consuming :ROFLMAO: Anyway. I have frozen pork sirloin tip so I figured I Can pound it and coat with some old stove top mix for Cutlets (Schnitzel). I am out of eggs though! I don't know what to use. I have mustard, I have low fat mayo, I have cream and skim milk. Don't have yogurt or buttermilk. HELP!
 
You can make buttermilk....put some vinegar in your milk or cream and let the meat marinate in it.....after taking the meat out of the liquid, let it drain a bit and roll it in seasoned flour and panko crumbs
