How long will homemade enchilada sauce last?

I had some homemade enchilada sauce in the freezer and took it out Sunday. Will it be okay in the fridge until Thursday night?

I froze it about 1 day after originally making it, which was a few weeks ago.

I think so. It's already a bit acidic, with the tomatoes.

It should be fine, but probably wouldn't trust it after a week
