Pasta Grannies

I've been watching The Pasta Grannies Youtube channel recently and thought it was worth a share. This is what I'm trying tonight

You have to love the accurate way she measures the flour

Man, another video series with distracting "background" music. My musical ear must be more finely tuned than my plain-talking ear. Whenever there is just-loud-enough music playing in a video, my ears lock into that sound and completely distract me in the same way...look, squirrel!

I did watch a bit of the video, though. The granny kneading the dough was absolutely mesmerizing. What a skill.

K-Girl, you should tell him "hey, you're the one with Italian blood. I make the poke, you make-a the pasta".
