This is easy, and quickly thrown together -
BAKED GREEK CHICKEN
1 oven-stuffer, cut up
½ cup lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
3T olive oil
2tsp. dry oregano
salt/pepper
Preheat oven to 450. Mix oil, lemon juice and zest, salt/pepper and oregano; pour over chicken, being careful to cover all. Bake for 15 minutes at 450, turn heat to 350,and continue baking for 45 minutes to 1 hour, til no longer pink.
