I forgot about this recipe. My kids love it and I had to make it tonight.


1 1/2 - 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken strips
1 can cream of muchroom soup
1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
Medium sized bag of Doritos(or any cheese flavored corn chips)
Shredded cheddar cheese (about 1/2 lb. just depends on your taste for cheese:) )

Cook chicken to your liking, shred or chop. Put in large bowl. Add rotel and soup. Mix well.
Crunch doritos in bottom of 9x14 baking dish or pan. Spoon chicken mixture to cover doritos. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
