Chicken green bean casserole

CHICKEN GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE​

Baked chicken thigh w/Italian seasoning, stripped and coarsely chopped.

1 can green beans, drained
½ cup (nice handful of fried onion rings

Sauce:

1 can Cream of Chicken soup
¼ C milk
1 tsp. lite soy

Mix sauce, chicken, green beans and half of onion rings together and put in casserole dish.

Cook at 350 for 25 minutes. Add other half onion rings on top and cook for another 5 minutes.

Looks good. With all the beans we are putting in the freezer, I'm going to have to come up with creative ways to eat them...although, I have to say, the "chicken" part of the recipe might have to be replaced. The longer I am a chicken keeper, the harder it is for me to eat chicken...

It was very tasty with chicken, but I think I'll make it with ham next time.
