Chicken rolls

I bought a few packages of thin sliced chicken breasts. We've made them with ham and swiss, lemon rolls, chicken and feta roll and the thin breasts with dressing.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Just chop them up and use them for anything that calls for chicken breast.

Or Chicken, Ziti and Broccoli (is this dish just a Boston thing? Every restaurant here has it, but people in other areas don't seem to know about it)

Chicken Ziti and Broccoli​

1 T olive oil
1 lb Ziti
1 lb boneless chicken tenders
1 stick butter
2-3 cloves garlic
l can chicken broth
10 oz frozen broccoli flowerets
grated cheese

Cut boneless chicken into chunks – sauté garlic in olive oil with chicken chunks – add broth and butter – simmer. In large pot cook Ziti in boiling water cook 10 minutes add broccoli – cook about 6 minutes after returns to a boil – drain Ziti and broccoli add to chicken – Mix well. Serve with grated cheese. Serves 6-8
