The coating uses a good amount of hers, and spices, and just works. Here's the ingredient list.

Ingredients:
3 chicken tenders
1 tsp. MSG,
1/2 tsp. basil,
1/4 tsp. rosemary,
1/4 tsp. thyme,
1/2 ts-; salt, 1 tbs. white pepper,
dash of powdered ginger,
1/4 tsp. coriander,
dash of allspice,
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. Korean red pepper
1/4 cup AP flour

Combine the flour ad seasonings in zipper bag, shaking to mix completely. Tate a pinch and correct seasoning to your taste. Add chicken and shake to coat. Lay out in pan and bake at 350' F, for 20 minutes.
