ISO chicken drumettes recipes

Alright. I'm just going have you all help with my weekly menu this week. I'm tired of preparing the same stuff all the time and would like to cook my poultry and meats differently. Any suggestions for drumettes? I usually just bake them with spices but need some other recipe for them. Thanks.

The Sticky Red Wings recipe is from Australia, and they use the metric system, so the oven temp of 200 called out for in the recipe is Celsius. Roughly,400 degrees Fahrenheit (technically, 392F to be exact).

They're great and really fun to eat. A bit labor intensive to prepare, but worth it in the end! After they were fried, I coverd mine in a honey mustard BBQ sauce and baked them for 5 minutes at 350 to set the sauce and get it sticky. Good stuff!
