Hi all
About 6 months ago I saw a recipie in one of our local newspapers, followed the instructions and wow, what a taste extravaganza.
I cut the recipie from the newspaper and lost it!! I have 6 coming for dinner tomorrow (Saturday 16th Apr) and would love to produce the dish again.
The ingredients were:
Breats of chicken stuffed with slices of lime and lemen, parsley and coocked in the oven. Was served on a bed of cress salad.
I can't even remember the name of the dish!!
If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful.
