ISO help storing left over roast chicken

I have left over roast chicken which I cannot use at the moment, can I seal it and freeze it, or can I put it in a cold sauce and freeze ready to defrost and cook, or should I put it into a hot sauce let it cool then freeze
 
With only 2 of us, I vac freeze cooked meats consistently. Alone or in sauces.

I have never had an issue. Others may disagree.

Any of your own ideas will work. I suppose you've already pop it into the freezer, so pretty sure which ever choice you made will be just fine.

Roast chicken freezes just fine, with sauce or without. It will loose a bit of the quality since roast meat tastes the best when cooked fresh, but nothing wrong about doing that.
