Hi I came across this Katsu Curry suce in a backet. Japanise ! Never tried this. Din't know Japanise did curry. Seems to have coconut mikl in it. Is it thai related?

Yes, the Japanese do curry, but around here, it’s commonly Glico -based curry. Your curry sauce is probably just a curry sauce for the Katsu, which is a panko-breaded cutlet.
Katsu sauce is typically Bulldog. It’s based on Worcestershire sauce but different. I love it.
