1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 tsp. Itailan dry seasonings (of your choice)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In medium bowl combine Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise, stir.
Mix italian seasoning with bread crumbs. Place on flat surface.
Dip chicken in mayonnaise mixture, coat well both sides.
Place chicken in bread crumb mixture, coat well both sides.
Place chicken in a non-stick baking pan. (I usually spray with Pam.
Bake chicken for 20 minutes, or until done. (Serves 4)
