Sweet, Sticky, Charred & Crispy - chicken recipe from Aug.2020 issue of Bon Appetit
Tried this recipe last night, but roasted chicken thighs in the oven rather than on the BBQ grill as suggested by the Bon Appetit recipe.
It was absolutely delicious imo - just as the title suggests !
For those of you who don't have this most recent issue of the mag, but want the recipe, I'll be happy to post the necessary details of the glaze ingredients - the list of which is not lengthy & is comprised of stuff many of us have in the kitchen most of the time.
Superbly tasty - a keeper in my book !
