Using chicken breast instead of whole chicken
I have a recipe for potted chicken with rice. The recipe called for a 2.5-3lb chicken but my grocery store didnít have any that small. I was hoping I could use chicken breast instead. The recipe says to put it in a Dutch oven in the oven at 350į for 2 hours. How long should I cook it if Iím using chicken breast instead of a whole chicken? Recipe attached.
