1 No i wouldnt open a restaurant there is too much on the line in terms of work, hiring, menu planning, overheads profit etc.
2 10:30am Winter August
3. Marco pierre white because his the only chef that didn't hit mainstream tv until after he retired unlike chefs today who hit the big screen or amateur cooks like master chef who hit tv. Who will always get paid more then regular chefs but lack experience and knowledge but preach and publish cookbooks like no tomorrow racking in a ton of cash.

If you could be anywhere in the world doing anything you want, what would you be doing and where?
What kind of drunk are you? (not saying you're a drunk lol! but if you had one to many how do you act?)

Co workers, shop assistants pretty much anything i come in contact with I study them then act accordingly to there attitude

Fresh bread
Probably on an island paradise somewhere enjoying life
I get a huge ego boost and start thinking everything is attractive a long with getting too friendly with strangers.
