1. I would not want to open a restaurant. My parents had a restaurant when I was growing up. I am not a people person, I would hate to be around people all the time.
2. I'm researching Nubians and Togenbergs right now. I would probably get two so they would have company. Also, that's about all I'd have time to milk!
3. My mom. She worked very hard but she was always there for us. She also put up with my father now for over 50 years...

What is your favorite ice cream and why? Homemade maple syrup and roasted pecan. I love maple syrup and pecans, so the two flavors combined in ice cream is perfect.
Why did you join DC? I was looking for a recipe for something (I forget what) and stumbled on DC. I was impressed by the variety of discussions.
What is your favorite book genre? Pyscho. thrillers.
Who is your favorite actress/actor? Johnny Depp.
What is your favorite dessert? ice cream.
Where would you rather be, on a fast river, in a cayak, or in a shopping mall? In a kayak, I hate shopping.
What would you rather have, pizza, or pear pie? Not pear pie, I hate pears, so it would have to be pizza.
Who is your favorite Western Hero? I don't have one.

My favorite meal is a Swedish smorgasbord with all the fixings.
I would like to travel to Australia and New Zealand.
My pet peeves are related to grammar and punctuation. It drives me crazy when people confuse its and it's, or don't use the subjunctive correctly, to cite two that I've been correcting this morning.

Good answers :) I'll try and avoid the type "O"s then, sometimes I type faster than I think so I make mistakes sometimes..lol! One of my many pet peeves is when people use the microwave and don't press clear when done! The silly things that drive us nuts!

Tea bags left on the counter...dirty dishes in the sink. I figured out it is easier to live with those things on a part-time basis--hence, the reason the DH and I live in separate houses 80% of the time.

Feel the same but at the moment I would be grateful if my hubby just put his dishes on the kitchen or made his own tea for once!
I also hate clothes on the floor, when people dip dirty forks and knives into condiments, squeezing the toothpaste in the middle of the tube, not flushing the loo, not wiping up spills, wiping hands on clothes, leaving the milk out etc etc etc but I'm hogging your thread here so I'll stop ranting now..lol!

Are you a Jack of all trades or a master of one (or a couple)?
If you could learn any new skill or set of skills, what would you learn?
