Egg cheese and potato sandwich

I saw someone posting a recipe not long ago but can't find it.

How would you make it? add watercrest? what proportions, what cheese would you use? Would you use different ingredients alltogether?

No knead bread, toasted and buttered.
Cooked hash brown potatoes.
Eggs, scrambled or over easy.
Grated sharp cheddar.

I'd probably want to add some bacon also.

Yea, gotta have some bacon or sausage patties on that! Although I would probably also go with American or mild cheddar on mine.
Back in the day I would also do fried egg with runny yolk, but that is just too much for me anymore, LOL.
