This is one the kids and I love, it's easy and open faced. Make it one a cold winters day with soup you love emmm what a lunch.:yum: you will need 4 large slices of country bread,1/2 cup crumbled blue or Roquefort, and 4 thin slices or prosciutto. Heat broiler, grill or toast the bread on each side. Sprinkle with the cheese and top with the meat. Grill til ham is hot and cheese starts to melt. YUM lunch is served.
this is easy to double or even triple, as we do
Any ideas about a soup or maybe a salad?

I've seen this a couple times now in pictures of soup for lunch. Looked cute. Make grilled cheese. Cut up into tiny bites. Use sandwich pieces as croutons instead of crackers for your soup. Soup on a cold day is so good.

I like the idea of making croutons of the ham and cheese. Will give it a shot. Thanks
