Today my friend & I will be making Potato loaves and I will be attempting the NY Times No Knead Bread. Is anyone else baking bread today, & if so, what kind?

Absolutely you can. Just divide the dough into balls about 1.5-2" in diameter and then flatten them to 3" disks to rise a second time. Shorten the baking time to 15-20 minutes.Do tell! How do you do Burger buns? Special recipe or just different technique or both? I was just wondering if I could make Burger buns out of that potato loaf recipe ...
