I am looking for a recipe for a New York City style hero roll. This is about a 14 inch to 18 inch bread with a VERY thin but crispy crust and a nice soft fluffy white inside. If you're from Brooklyn, you may know Jimmy's Heroes down in Sheepshead Bay. THAT is the kind of bread I am talking about. Thank you in advance.
