Blackened Salmon Steaks
I made this fish by accident. I didn't intent to "burn" my fish but I found it juicier this way. I served with my High Tower Sauce. Thought to share it with you for the holidays.

Ingredients:
2 Salmon Steaks
2 tbsp Low Sodium Miso Paste
1 tsp Vinegar

Direction:
- Rinse fish and pat dry with towel
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Marinate all ingredients for 30 minutes
- Sear fish over high heat until blackend, about 3 minutes each side
- Place steaks in oven
- Check fish in 15 minutes, if flakes with fork, it's done
- Remove and ready to serve them hot

Looks delish! I have a question about Thai Basil - how does it differ from sweet basil, which has an anise flavor? Can you describe it?

Maybe I'll grow some from seed this year, since I've never seen it otherwise.

I think Thai basil has the anise flavor. I use sweet basil in my pasta dish.

I hope this helps.
