Blue Crab Imperial
1 lb. crab meat cooked
1 egg, beaten
4 TB. Capers
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 TB. cream
salt
pepper
garlic salt, to taste
Mix all ingredients together, except cheese. Place in buttered casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Serves 6
