You must get really fresh seafood in Livingston...ours almost never looks good enough to buy.
 
I get it in Bozeman. but only on wed,fri and sat.

Too far away...I think Spokane is closer. Have to get the boss to bring me something. You'd think Missoula would get the same quality as Bozeman. Where in Bozeman do you shop if you don't mind me asking?

I you can find a place that sells sushi grade fish then talk to the monger and find out what days are the best for the type of fish yourooking for.
 
Maybe the manager at Hu-Hot can help. I'm on my way to Billings for a conference in a few weeks, I can stop in Bozeman on the way back.

I almost made gumbo today, but didn't feel like running to the store for the sausage. When did you make this? Is this going to be a recipe?
