Pronounced Whommer salot.

1-1/2 to 2 lb lobster meat, chopped. Caribbean prefered.
1 lb shaped pasta, cooked via package directions. I prefer small shells.
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup mayo (+ as needed)
Heavy whipping cream as needed to thin dressing
Salt
Lots of freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Cook pasta, drain and cool to room temp. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until mixed well. If the mayo/cream dressing is too thick or thin, adjust with mayo or cream as needed. Refrigerate until well chilled and ingredients are melded well. Serve with crackers of choice!:yum:

This sounds really delicious and you make it sound so easy. Maybe simple and good ingredients really is the best sometimes.

Oops, the lobster meat needs to be pre-cooked and cooled. I prefer to steam the tails in the shell, using the recipe for shrimp on the side of a can of Old Bay.
