I froze mussels smh

I got some mussels from central market & i put them straight into the freezer. is this bad!??! Now I am hungry right now & I am curious if they are still ok to eat? I just noticed the tag that says #DontFreeze ugggh first time ever trying

Take them out, cook them up, and try them. You should be fine. They may not taste as good as if you cooked them before freezing, but they won't poison you.
