I do the same exact thing. We go through olive oil fairly quickly so I donít think mine has ever gone rancid. Is it obvious when that has happened? We also keep refilling the container and both bother washing in between fills.

I buy the gallon size tins of Greek EVOO at my supermarket.

Had one of those. Was a PITA to wash, so I threw it away in frustration one day.

We had botters with spouts and used them for a long time, but we've gone back to just using the original bottles.

Bought a mister too and used it for a bit. Don't even.know where it's at now.
