I've seen that before, but haven't tried it. Sometimes it's called "oopsie bread."

Steve I don't do low carb, When I see a recipe I
post it for others.But I did try this one and if you

Thanks so much for this recipe Josie! In the old days, I hardly ever baked anything, and most certainly not a loaf of bread..ever.
Your recipe is worth a shot for me on my low carb quest as all the ingredients are normally in my kitchen.

Steve- I was looking at the end of the recipe and saw it was 20 grams of carbs per serving. Is that per slice? I know that the loaf bread I buy is 11 grams per slice and I thought that was a little high for low carbing.

Hal, 21g carbs and 17g fiber for TWO slices, so 4g of net carbs.
