A use for left-over French fries?

I don't have a waffle maker. But maybe someone else here does and will try this.

I do. I do not like FF. Any time I bring home a doggie bag, of course it includes the FF I never touched. And I am not going to touch them at home either. They just get tossed in the garbage.

Looks like a good way to use them if you have them.

I don't have a waffle iron so I won't be trying it.

If I did I'd consider making extra fries just to try it out.

What are 'left over french fries' please? Do they come in the same category as that last glass of wine in the bottom of the bottle? I don't understand......
