Now that is a combination I never would have thought! Ok, I will try it. Was this at a restaurant? Indian?

This was a delivery from "Luna Pizzeria". It's a Greek owned pizza place, that also has Greek dishes. The butter chicken pizza is a recent addition. I think they must have hired an Indian chef who suggested it. They have also recently added a "Spicy Dhessi Pizza". I don't know for sure, but I think that is an alternate spelling of "Desi", which, according to Wiktionary means,

Of or pertaining to the culture, people, or products of India; Indian.

I would never have thought of it either. But, it doesn't have tomato, so I was willing to give it a try. I'm glad I did. It was just pizza dough with butter chicken and cheese, probably mozzarella on top.
