I discovered this recipe before Christmas
It got my curiosity up as it used apple juice and no apples.
I thought I would try it as it would make a cute little gift for some seniors at my church and a few family members.
She shows it with a jelly maker but she included stove directions.
The outcome was fantastic. It is so good and taste like the juices from an apple pie. The feed back from my gift receivers were awesome.
I don't know this recipe person but like to give credit to her so instead of entering the recipe I am putting the link to the recipe .
I am so interested in making more juice jams, found one with grape juice and one with peach/apple juice. Also got me thinking a cranberry/raspberry one. Guess I better buy more jars !
