I prefer to use fresh whole milk for cooking, baking and drinking, but my consumption of it varies greatly. My sister introduced me to this dried milk product that I had not heard of. It is a Nestle product and is made in Mexico, but it is a very good product. It is Nido, https://www.amazon.com/s?k=Nido&ref=nb_sb_noss_2 I now keep it on hand to use and keep me out of the grocery stores when I run out of fresh milk.

I use that when baking and the recipe calls for dried milk. I do keep it in the freezer with flours I don't use often simply because I don't use it often.
