For Chicago area meat lovers

Welcome to our website
Love meat? You must make the trek to Elburn, Il. My new adopted home town. Reams Elburn Market is a proper old fashioned meat market. Smoked meats, steaks, pork, chicken, and the best bratwursts anywhere. Randy Ream has many awards to back up those brats. Stuffed chicken breasts and pork chops to die for. Shish kabob. Unbelieveable bacon, breakfast sausages and jerky. Need to make chili? Just ask, they'll coarse grind 80/20 beef while you wait. Try their various pickles and sauces too, I like Flatlander sauce. On weekends you can get a brat or hot dog outside from their hot dog cart. Try a Reams Roaster, if any are left.
