Question Frozen Pao de Queijo dough

I bought frozen pao de queiji dough, because I usually buy exrtas for later.
Of course, the bakery doesn't have enough bread almost every time I visit.
I baked the frozen dough into 320F pre-heated oven for 20 min, and the bread's look and taste are not like it suppost to be.
Good baker, please help me!

I would have thawed the dough and let it rise before baking.
